Course Type: Studio/Performance Delivery Method: In-Person, Remote CORE42 MOTR Number - Name: MOTR PERF 105D - Studio Art - Introduction to Drawing Course Learning Outcomes: CLO 1) Students will gain knowledge of and apply traditional drawing techniques used to depict the human figure including volume, value, line, and composition.
CLO 2) Students will produce drawings using a variety of traditional drawing materials such as paper, graphite, and charcoal.
CLO 3) Students will describe and analyze drawings using the necessary art vocabulary.
CLO 4) Students will demonstrate the ability to present artwork professionally.
CLO 5) Students will demonstrate their ability to ascertain and describe a variety of qualities in drawings during critique sessions.
CLO 6) Students will identify human anatomy and demonstrate the ability to render the human form convincingly and naturalistically though a knowledge of human anatomy.
