Introduces use of business applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentations. Windows application package used for each application. Keyboarding skills recommended.
Delivery Method: In-Person, Online, Hybrid Course Learning Outcomes: CLO 1) Students will define computer terminology and describe computer components and operations.
CLO 2) Students will utilize fundamental Windows skills.
CLO 3) Students will describe functions of Microsoft Office Applications.
CLO 4) Students will create, edit, modify, and print a document using WORD.
CLO 5) Students will be able to create, edit, modify, and print a worksheet using Excel.
CLO 6) Students will create a data (tables, queries, reports) using ACCESS.
CLO 7) Students will plan and design a presentation using POWERPOINT.
