CLO 1) Students will identify the subject and verb in a simple sentence with 90% accuracy.
CLO 2) Students will write complete simple sentences with correct punctuation and structure 90% of the time.
CLO 3) Students will spell commonly used words correctly in academic writing.
CLO 4) Students will demonstrate correct subject-verb and noun-pronoun agreement in written sentences.
CLO 5) Students will recognize the main idea in a paragraph.
CLO 6) Students will construct a coherent paragraph with specific content in support of a main idea.
