Students interested in the MDA  program must meet with an Allied Health Advisor - alliedhealth@stchas.edu

Students must meet the prerequisite requirements to apply for admission to the MDA program

Admission is dependent upon passing a drug screen and background check, which requires a social security number

Students must provide proof of health insurance and immunizations
