• Students must meet the prerequisite requirements to apply for admission to the LPN to ADN Bridge program
• Admission to the LPN to ADN Bridge program is selective and competitive
• Admission is dependent upon passing a drug screen and background check, which requires a social security number
• Students must provide proof of health insurance and immunizations
