ART 2570 - Topics: Advance Jewelry 3 Credit(s)
Advanced course on contract individual study basis to gain greater expertise in jewelry making.
Prereqs: ART 2560 with a grade of C or better Course Type: Studio/Performance Tuition Tier: Base Delivery Method: In-Person Course Learning Outcomes: CLO 1) Students will construct some of their own assignments as well as complete any assigned work.
CLO 2) Students will further build their versatility with materials and ideas through the practice of making jewelry pieces or small-scale sculptures as they explore personal vision.
CLO 3) Students will create a unique body of work.
CLO 4) Students will apply critical evaluation skills using art and design vocabulary.
CLO 5) Students will apply safe working practices and maintain a shared studio space. Students in the Advanced class will be expected to act as leaders in the class with behavior for other students to look to as a model.
