Analysis of how to meet needs and goals of employees within organization while making organization productive. Covers motivation theories, communications, status and role behavior, and contemporary human relations issues in firms.

CLO 1) Students will provide an overview of basic organizational behavior concepts and their application in contemporary organizations.
CLO 2) Students will use critical thinking skills to apply to conceptual frameworks, case discussions and skill-oriented activities.
