CPT 165 - Program Logic for Engineers & Scientists 1 Credit(s)
This is a supplemental course for non-computer science majors wanting to learn a programming language but have little-to-no experience in computer science. It focuses on language-agnostic problem solving and algorithm development using structured language. The course also covers flowcharts, branching, looping, and coding in high-level language.
Course Type: Lecture Tuition Tier: Tier I Delivery Method: Flex Course Learning Outcomes: CLO 1) Students will develop algorithms to solve simple problems and outline them using structured language and flowcharts.
CLO 2) Students will exhibit knowledge of branching and looping.
