Course Learning Outcomes:
CLO 1) Students will be able to analyze a global humanities topic (e.g., language or ethnicity) and deliver an integrated presentation graded on content accuracy, coherence, research depth, and presentation skills.

CLO 2) Students will be able to examine how stereotypical or ethnocentric ideas about a specific culture relate to its modern perspectives and practices, as assessed on a rubric categories of insightfulness, evidence use, and clarity.

CLO 3) Students will be able to describe how the studied culture or topic is reflected in at least three art forms-such as music, literature, cuisine, or architecture- assessed by a rubric grading accuracy, completeness, and use of examples.

CLO 4) Students will be able to explain, in writing or speech, how history, economics, and geography have impacted a specific culture, graded on clarity, accuracy, and depth of analysis.
