LGM 210 - Logistics & Supply Chain II **

Emphasis on mid-level technical knowledge needed to understand the world of supply chain logistics and related core competencies. Includes product receiving, product storage, order processing, packaging, shipment, inventory control, safe handling of hazardous materials, evaluation of transportation modes, custom, and dispatch and tracking operations. Certified Logistics Associate (LGM 101) (MSSC) is a prerequisite to taking this course. Prepares students for MSSC/CLT. Includes a required certified exam upon class completion. Students will be awarded the certificate if successful on the exam.

CLO 4) Students will apply appropriate measurement conversions from US to metric.
CLO 5) Students will explain inventory control along with the digital processes that enhance inventory.
