CLO 1) Students will set measurable realistic goals by learning goal setting and critical thinking skills.
CLO 2) Students will explain the functional approach problem solving method.
CLO 3) Students will explain yield issues, which are internal, and warranty issues, field failure and customer complaints, which are external.
CLO 4) Students will explain and work through issues that identify, analyze and determine root causes so that they can ultimately solve the issues.
