Course Learning Outcomes:
CLO 1) Students will identify and describe fundamental music notation, including the staff, clefs, pitch, and rhythmic elements such as note values and meters.
CLO 2) Students will construct and notate Major and minor scales in various keys, demonstrating fluency in key signatures.
CLO 3) Students will analyze and classify intervals and triads by quality and structure.
CLO 4) Students will apply music theory concepts to accurately notate and interpret key signatures and rhythmic patterns.
