CLO 1) Students will explain the basic workings of government on the state and local level.
CLO 2) Students will explain and discuss the major policy issues that dominate our political discourse, and understand how the political structures of government respond to these issues.
CLO 3) Students will demonstrate knowledge of how the actions of government affect our daily lives, and how we as citizens can in turn influence our government.
