THE 277 - Stage Management Practicum 1-3 Credit(s)
Supervised experience in stage management of a theatrical production, from pre-production to performance.
Prereqs: Department Chair Permission Course Type: Practicum Tuition Tier: Base Delivery Method: In-Person Course Learning Outcomes: CLO 1) Students will demonstrate the ability to create a thorough prompt book indicating blocking, stage directions, cues, and any other pertinent information about the script.
CLO 2) Students will run auditions, participate in production meetings and run tech rehearsals
CLO 3) Students will demonstrate effective collaborative and leadership skills in working with the director, cast, technical director, and crews.
CLO 4) Students will effectively call all the cues for the production from the booth.
CLO 5) Students will demonstrate the ability to create effective rehearsal reports.
