This course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to inspect, evaluate, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Emphasis is placed on identifying system deficiencies, applying preventive maintenance practices, and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards. Students will learn how to use inspection tools, document findings, and perform corrective actions to extend the life and efficiency of plumbing systems. Hands‑on training will prepare students to conduct professional inspections and implement maintenance strategies that promote reliability, safety, and sustainability. Certifications will be offered through NC3 Ridgid.
