Healthcare billing and reimbursement issues will be covered. Included: payor categories, APCs and other prospective payment systems, the revenue cycle, chargemaster, RBRVS, regulatory guidelines, billing processes, etc. Note: hospital DRGs are covered in Nosology and will not be repeated here.
