CPT 188 - JavaScript Programming

In this course, students will learn how to use JavaScript to interact with users, modify the Document Object Model (DOM), control program flow, validate forms, animate images, create cookies, and dynamically change HTML/XHTML content. They will also explore JavaScript libraries, incorporate AJAX into their JavaScript code, communicate with databases, and learn techniques for debugging and troubleshooting JavaScript.

Prereqs: CPT 135 or CPT 165 with a passing grade

CLO 1) Students will demonstrate high level competency with client-side technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
