Builds on knowledge gained in NUR 263. Students gain comprehensive knowledge and ability to safely and accurately perform nursing skills in a safe learning environment using multi-media, textbooks, self-direction, demonstrations, and lab staff assistance. Included: communication, prioritization, skills from the previous semester, and comprehensive medication math. Theory topics are reinforced through hands-on application.

CLO 3) Students will demonstrate proficiency in comprehensive medication mathematics skills and medication administration.
